  • Cream200 ml
  • Mustard1 tbsp
  • Potatoes700 g
  • Milk300 ml
  • Butter40 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Dry wine150 ml
  • Broth500 ml

Instructions

Cut beef or veal into serving medallions and season with salt and pepper.

Sear the meat quickly over high heat until browned.

Finish to the desired doneness in the oven or covered in the pan.

Boil the potatoes and mash with butter and milk.
