  • Beef shoulder700 g
  • Onion3 pcs
  • Paprika2 ст. л.
  • Tomato paste2 ст. л.
  • Beef broth500 ml
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Bay leaf2 pcs

Cut meat into 3cm cubes, brown well. Add sliced onion, cook 5 more minutes. Add paprika, tomato paste, garlic. Pour broth, braise covered 70-80 minutes until tender. Serve with mashed potato.
