  • Whole chicken1 pcs
  • Rice350 g
  • Ginger40 g
  • Garlic cloves5 cloves
  • Cucumber1 pcs
  • Soy sauce3 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Broth500 ml
  • Fresh ginger1 tsp

Poach the chicken gently in water with ginger, spring onion, and salt until cooked.

Cool the chicken quickly in cold water so the skin firms up.

Rinse the rice and fry it in chicken fat or oil with garlic and ginger.

Add chicken broth and cook the rice until fluffy.
