  • Ground meat or steak400 g

  • Plantains2 pcs

Rinse the beans or legumes; soak and cook dried beans until almost tender if needed.

Sauté onion, garlic, spices, and vegetables in a pot until softened.

Add the beans, tomatoes, broth, or water, stir, and bring to a boil.
