Terms of Use

"Service" means the zoremi.app website and related APIs. "App" means the Zoremi mobile application for Android. "We", "us", "our" means Zoremi and its owners. "You", "user" means any person using the Service. "Account" means a registered user account in the Service.

Zoremi provides free family planning tools: • AI-powered weekly meal plan generator (powered by Anthropic Claude API). • Shopping list generator. • Family budget calculator. • Data saving and synchronisation between the website and the mobile app (with an account). Basic tools are available without registration. Certain features (saving, sync, family sharing) require a free account.

3.1. You must provide accurate information when registering. 3.2. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all actions taken under your account. 3.3. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account at [email protected]. 3.4. We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these Terms.

By using the Service you agree to: • Use the Service only for lawful personal or family purposes. • Not infringe the rights of other users or third parties. • Not attempt to circumvent limitations (e.g. the meal plan generation limit via multiple IP addresses). • Not use the Service for automated data collection (scraping). • Not use the Service to distribute harmful content.

5.1. The meal planning feature uses the Anthropic Claude API. The output is an automatically generated recommendation, not medical or dietary advice. 5.2. We are not liable for any consequences arising from following recommendations generated by the AI feature. 5.3. The feature is limited to 1 request per hour per IP address without an account. 5.4. The feature is intended solely for users aged 18 and over. 5.5. We reserve the right to modify or restrict access to the AI feature without prior notice.

6.1. Service content (logos, design, code) is the property of Zoremi and is protected by copyright. 6.2. Content you enter (budgets, recipes, plans) remains your property. 6.3. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service's features.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding: • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. • The accuracy or completeness of AI recommendations. • The suitability of the Service for your specific needs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from: • Use of or inability to use the Service. • Errors or inaccuracies in AI recommendations. • Loss of data, revenue or opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months (or EUR 10 if you have made no payments).

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes on the website or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of them.

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account via Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in the event of a breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts of Ukraine.
