Ingredients

  • wheat flour500 g
  • warm milk250 ml
  • dry yeast7 g
  • sugar1 tbsp
  • salt1 tsp
  • egg1 pcs
  • frying oil500 ml

Instructions

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk and leave for 10 minutes.

Add egg, salt, and flour and knead a soft dough.

Cover and let rise for about 1 hour.

Roll the dough to 1–1.5 cm thick and cut into diamonds or squares.

Fry in hot oil until golden on all sides.

Drain on paper and serve warm.
