- Dry yeast7 g

Dissolve yeast in warm milk with sugar and leave for 10 minutes.

Add flour, salt, egg, and butter; knead into a firm dough.

Let rise for 1 hour, then divide into small pieces.

Shape into rings and seal the ends well.

Drop the rings into boiling water for 30–40 seconds, then place on a baking sheet.

Bake at 200°C for 18–22 minutes until browned.
