  • Phyllo pastry400 g
  • White cheese or feta400 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Yogurt150 g
  • Oil80 ml
  • Sesame seeds1 tbsp

Prepare the dough or pastry sheets and mix the filling until balanced in flavor.

If the filling is wet, cool it slightly or drain excess liquid so the pastry does not become soggy.

Roll out the dough, add the filling, and shape into pies, rolls, or an open tart.

Seal the edges well and brush the top with egg, butter, or oil if desired.
