- Wheat flour80 g

- Warm water130 ml

- Cracklings or butter80 g
Instructions

Mix buckwheat and wheat flour with salt.

Add egg and warm water, then knead into a firm dough.

Rest for 10 minutes so the flour hydrates.

Bring salted water to a boil.

Roll the dough into ropes and cut into small pieces.
