- cream150 ml
- sour cream100 g

Instructions

Peel and grate the apples, then squeeze out excess juice lightly.

Add egg, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and mix.

Stir in flour until a thick soft dough forms.

Bring water with a pinch of salt to a boil.

Drop small spoonfuls of dough into the boiling water and cook for 3–4 minutes after they float.
