Ingredients

  • Farmer's cheese500 g
  • Egg1 pcs
  • Flour80 g
  • Semolina2 tbsp
  • Sugar2 tbsp
  • Butter30 g
  • Sour cream100 g

Instructions

Press the farmer's cheese through a sieve or mash it with a fork.

Add egg, sugar, a pinch of salt, and semolina.

Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms.

Shape small balls or pillows.

Cook in salted boiling water for 2–3 minutes after they float.

Serve with butter, sour cream, honey, or berries.
