Apple Halushky

Light apple dumplings with cinnamon for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

  • Apples3 pcs
  • Egg1 pcs
  • Flour160 g
  • Sugar2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon0.5 tsp
  • Butter30 g

Instructions

Peel and grate the apples, then squeeze out excess juice lightly.

Add egg, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and mix.

Stir in flour until a thick soft dough forms.

Bring water with a pinch of salt to a boil.

Drop small spoonfuls of dough into the boiling water and cook for 3–4 minutes after they float.

Serve with butter, sour cream, or honey.
