Ingredients
- Cooked buckwheat300 g
- Pork and beef mince400 g
- Egg1 pcs
- Onion1 pcs
- Flour3 tbsp
- Tomato sauce200 ml
- Sour cream100 g
- Oil2 tbsp
Instructions

Cook the buckwheat until tender and cool completely.

Mix mince, buckwheat, egg, finely chopped onion, salt, and pepper.

Shape oval patties and coat them in flour.

Fry the patties on both sides until browned.

Mix tomato sauce with sour cream and a little water.

Pour the sauce over the patties and simmer covered for 15–20 minutes.
