Greek Salad
A fresh salad of tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, and feta cheese.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes3 pcs
- Cucumber1 pcs
- Bell pepper1 pcs
- Yalta onion0.5 pcs
- Kalamata olives80 g
- Feta150 g
- Olive oil3 tbsp
- Dried oregano1 tsp
Instructions
Cut the tomatoes into wedges and the cucumber into half-moons.
Slice the bell pepper and Yalta onion into rings.
Place the vegetables in a bowl and add the olives.
Crumble or place the feta on top in large pieces.
Make the dressing from olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and salt.
Serve immediately without heavy mixing.
