Ingredients
- Milk1000 ml
- Sour cream or starter culture100 g
Instructions

Heat the milk until almost boiling, but do not let it boil hard.

Cool it to about 38–40°C.

Add sour cream or starter culture and mix thoroughly.

Pour into clean jars, cover, and wrap with a towel.

Leave in a warm place for 8–10 hours until thickened.

Chill and serve as a drink or with potato dishes.
