Egg Sichenyky

Tender patties made from boiled eggs, herbs, and breadcrumbs.

Ingredients

  • boiled egg6 pcs
  • raw egg1 pcs
  • breadcrumbs (for coating)60 g
  • sour cream2 tbsp
  • fresh herbs20 g
  • oil2 tbsp
  • salt1 to taste
  • black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Hard-boil the eggs, cool them, and chop or grate finely.

Add herbs, sour cream, some breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.

Mix in one raw egg so the mixture holds together.

Shape small patties and coat them in breadcrumbs.

Fry over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

Serve warm with sour cream or a vegetable salad.
