Fried Eggs with Tomatoes and Onion
Quick fried eggs with juicy tomatoes and golden sautéed onion — a simple, hearty breakfast ready in 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- egg2 pcs
- tomato1 pcs
- onion0.5 pcs
- oil1 tbsp
- salt1 to taste
- black pepper1 to taste
Instructions
Finely chop the onion and dice the tomato.
Heat oil in a skillet and sauté the onion until translucent (3–4 min).
Add the tomato, stir, and cook for 2 min.
Pour the eggs over the vegetables. Cover and cook for 3–4 min until done to your liking.
Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with herbs when serving, if desired.
Serve straight from the skillet with bread.
