Mashed Potatoes with Chicken Cutlet

A lighter version of mashed potatoes with a juicy chicken cutlet.

Ingredients

  • potato900 g
  • ground chicken500 g
  • egg1 pcs
  • onion1 pcs
  • semolina2 tbsp
  • milk150 ml
  • butter40 g
  • oil2 tbsp
  • salt1 to taste
  • black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.

Mix minced chicken with egg, onion, semolina, salt, and pepper.

Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes so the semolina absorbs moisture.

Shape cutlets and fry over medium heat for 4 minutes per side.

Mash the potatoes with milk and butter.

Serve the mash with chicken cutlets and a green salad.
