Mashed Potatoes with Fish Cutlet

  • potato900 g
  • white fish fillet500 g
  • egg1 pcs
  • onion1 pcs
  • breadcrumbs70 g
  • dill15 g
  • milk150 ml
  • butter40 g
  • salt1 to taste
  • black pepper1 to taste
  • lemon1 pcs
  • oil2 tbsp

Instructions

Boil the potatoes until tender.

Mince the fish fillet together with the onion.

Add egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and dill.

Shape patties and fry in oil for 3-4 minutes per side.

Mash the potatoes with warm milk and butter.

Serve the mash with fish cutlets and lemon.
