Mashed Potatoes with Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients

  • Potatoes900 g
  • Button mushrooms350 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Flour1 tbsp
  • Milk150 ml
  • Butter50 g
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.

Slice the mushrooms and chop the onion.

Fry the onion, add mushrooms, and cook until browned.

Add flour, pour in water or vegetable broth, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Mash the potatoes with warm milk and butter.
