Ingredients

  • Potatoes800 g
  • Egg1 pcs
  • Flour4 tbsp
  • Button mushrooms300 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Sour cream150 g
  • Oil3 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Boil the potatoes, mash them, and let them cool.

Add egg, flour, salt, and mix into a soft dough.

Shape small potato patties and fry until golden.

For the gravy, fry onion and mushrooms.

Add sour cream, a little water, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
