Ingredients

  • Flour350 g
  • Kefir180 ml
  • Egg1 pcs
  • Pork lard150 g
  • Baking powder1 tsp
  • Salt0.5 tsp

Instructions

Finely dice the lard and render it until golden cracklings form; cool slightly.

Mix flour, salt, and baking powder.

Add kefir, egg, rendered fat, and cracklings.

Knead a soft dough and roll it to 1–1.5 cm thick.

Cut out small flatbreads and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake at 190°C for 18–20 minutes until golden.
