Ingredients

  • black beans400 g
  • onion1 pcs
  • bell pepper1 pcs
  • garlic4 cloves
  • cumin1 tsp
  • lime1 pcs
  • salt1 to taste

Instructions

Rinse black beans, onion, bell pepper and garlic cloves; soak dry legumes and cook until tender.

Chop onion and garlic cloves and saute until soft.

Add black beans, onion, bell pepper and garlic cloves and pour in water.

Simmer gently until thick.
