  • water800 ml
  • bryndza150 g
  • butter40 g
  • salt0.5 tsp

Instructions

Bring the water to a boil and season with salt.

Gradually pour in the cornmeal, stirring constantly.

Cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes until thick.

Add butter and part of the bryndza.
