  • cornmeal220 g
  • button mushrooms300 g
  • onion1 pcs
  • flour1 tbsp
  • oil2 tbsp
  • salt1 to taste
  • broth or water400 ml

Instructions

Cook the cornmeal porridge in salted water, stirring constantly.

Slice the mushrooms and chop the onion.

Fry the onion until soft, then add mushrooms.
