  • Cornmeal220 g
  • Button mushrooms300 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Flour1 tbsp
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Broth or water400 ml

Instructions

Cook the cornmeal porridge in salted water, stirring constantly.

Slice the mushrooms and chop the onion.

Fry the onion until soft, then add mushrooms.
