Baked potato rolls filled with cabbage or mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes900 g
  • Egg1 pcs
  • Flour80 g
  • Stewed cabbage or mushrooms350 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Sour cream80 g
  • Oil2 tbsp

Instructions

Boil the potatoes, mash them, and let them cool slightly.

Add egg, flour, and salt, then mix into a soft potato dough.

Cook cabbage or mushrooms with onion until fully done.

Spread the potato dough into a layer on parchment and add the filling.

Roll it up and brush with sour cream or oil.

Bake at 190°C for 25–30 minutes until golden.
