Ingredients

  • mussels600 g
  • onion1 pcs
  • celery2 stalks
  • dry white wine150 ml
  • butter40 g
  • parsley20 g
  • potato700 g
  • garlic2 cloves
  • dry wine150 ml
  • broth500 ml

Instructions

Cut potatoes into fries, rinse, and dry well.

Deep-fry or bake the potatoes until crisp.

Rinse mussels and discard any open or damaged ones.

In a large pot, cook onion, garlic, and celery in butter.

Add mussels and white wine or broth, cover, and cook for 4-6 minutes until the shells open.
