Thin Crepes
Delicate pan-fried crepes that can be served with sweet or savory fillings.
Ingredients
- Flour250 g
- Milk500 ml
- Egg2 pcs
- Sugar2 tbsp
- Butter30 g
- Salt0.5 tsp
Instructions
Whisk the eggs with sugar and salt.
Add the milk, then gradually whisk in the flour until the batter is smooth.
Stir in the melted butter and let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
Heat a frying pan and lightly grease it with butter.
Pour in a ladle of batter and tilt the pan to spread it evenly in a thin layer.
Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Serve with sour cream, jam, or your preferred filling.
