Meat Solyanka

A rich, tangy soup with mixed meats, pickles, tomato, and bold seasoning.

Ingredients

  • Boiled beef200 g
  • Smoked sausage150 g
  • Ham150 g
  • Pickled cucumber3 pcs
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Tomato paste2 tbsp
  • Olives80 g
  • Lemon0.5 pcs
  • Sour cream100 g

Instructions

Prepare a meat broth. Saute the onion, add the tomato paste, and cook it into a frying base.

Cut the sausage, ham, and cooked meat into strips, then add them to the frying base.

Finely chop the pickles and add them with 3-4 tbsp of brine.

Pour in the broth, bring to a boil, and add the olives.

Simmer for 15 minutes, then season with salt, pepper, and bay leaf.

Serve with a slice of lemon, sour cream, and herbs.
