
Olivier Salad
A classic festive Olivier salad with boiled sausage, potatoes, carrots, eggs, pickles, and green peas, dressed with smooth mayonnaise.
Ingredients
- cooked sausage300 g
- potato3 pcs
- carrot2 pcs
- egg3 pcs
- salted cucumbers3 pcs
- canned green peas200 g
- green onion30 g
- mayonnaise150 g
- salt1 to taste
Instructions
Boil the potatoes and carrots in their skins until done (20-25 min), let cool, peel, and dice into small cubes.
Hard-boil the eggs (10 min after boiling), cool in cold water, peel, and dice into small cubes.
Dice the boiled sausage, pickles, and green onion into cubes of the same size.
Drain the canned green peas in a colander to remove excess liquid.
Combine all the prepared ingredients in a large bowl and dress with mayonnaise.
Season with salt to taste, mix thoroughly, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
