Olivier Salad

A classic festive salad with potatoes, vegetables, eggs, meat, and mayonnaise.

Ingredients

  • Boiled sausage300 g
  • Potato3 pcs
  • Carrot2 pcs
  • Egg3 pcs
  • Pickles3 pcs
  • Canned green peas200 g
  • Spring onion30 g
  • Mayonnaise150 g

Instructions

Boil the potatoes and carrots until tender, cool them, and cut into small cubes.

Hard-boil the eggs for 10 minutes, cool, peel, and dice them.

Dice the boiled sausage, pickles, and spring onion into small cubes as well.

Drain the canned green peas in a colander.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and dress with mayonnaise.

Salt to taste, mix well, and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
