Buckwheat Garlic Pampushky

Small buckwheat buns finished with fragrant garlic dressing.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour250 g
  • Buckwheat flour150 g
  • Warm water250 ml
  • Dry yeast7 g
  • Sugar1 tsp
  • Oil4 tbsp
  • Garlic4 cloves
  • Fresh herbs20 g

Instructions

Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar and leave for 10 minutes.

Mix wheat and buckwheat flour, then add salt, the yeast mixture, and oil.

Knead a soft dough, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.

Shape small balls, place in a baking dish, and proof for another 20 minutes.

Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes.

Brush the hot buns with garlic, oil, salt, and herbs.
