Garlic Pampushky

Soft yeast buns brushed with fragrant garlic oil.

Ingredients

  • Flour400 g
  • Warm milk200 ml
  • Dry yeast7 g
  • Egg1 pcs
  • Vegetable oil3 tbsp
  • Garlic4 cloves
  • Parsley20 g

Instructions

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk with 1 tsp sugar and leave it for 10 minutes until foamy.

Add the flour, egg, salt, and oil, then knead into a soft dough. Let it rise for 1 hour.

Punch the dough down and let it rise for another 30 minutes.

Shape 10 balls, place them in a baking dish, and let them proof for 20 minutes.

Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until golden.

Brush the hot buns with garlic dressing made from garlic, oil, parsley, and salt.
