- Wheat groats250 g
- White cabbage500 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Carrot1 pcs
- Tomato paste1.5 tbsp
- Oil2 tbsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Water500 ml
Instructions

Rinse the wheat groats and cook them in salted water.

Shred the cabbage and chop the onion and carrot.

Saute onion and carrot for 5 minutes.

Add cabbage, tomato paste, a little water, salt, and pepper.

Stew for 20 minutes until the cabbage is soft.

Serve the cabbage over the wheat porridge or mix them together.
