Millet Porridge with Pumpkin

Sweet homemade millet porridge with pumpkin and milk.

Ingredients

  • millet200 g
  • pumpkin400 g
  • water300 ml
  • milk500 ml
  • sugar2 tbsp
  • butter40 g
  • salt1 to taste

Instructions

Rinse the millet several times and pour boiling water over it to remove bitterness.

Cut the pumpkin into small cubes.

Bring water to a boil, then add millet and pumpkin.

Cook for 10 minutes, then add milk, salt, and sugar.

Simmer gently for 15-20 minutes until the millet and pumpkin are soft.

Add butter, cover for 10 minutes, and serve warm.
