Ingredients

  • millet220 g
  • pork450 g
  • onion2 pcs
  • flour1 tbsp
  • bay leaf1 pcs
  • oil2 tbsp
  • salt1 to taste
  • broth or water400 ml

Instructions

Rinse the millet, pour boiling water over it, then cook in salted water until tender.

Cut the pork into small cubes.

Brown the meat over high heat.

Add the onions, cook for 5 minutes, then stir in the flour.

Pour in water or broth, add bay leaf, and simmer for 25 minutes until tender.

Serve the millet porridge with hot meat gravy.
