Fluffy fried doughnuts made from yeast dough.

Ingredients

  • Flour450 g
  • Milk250 ml
  • Dry yeast7 g
  • Egg1 pcs
  • Sugar60 g
  • Butter40 g
  • Oil for frying600 ml
  • Powdered sugar40 g

Instructions

Dissolve yeast in warm milk with sugar and leave for 10 minutes.

Add egg, melted butter, salt, and flour.

Knead a soft dough, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.

Roll to 1.5 cm thick and cut out rounds.

Fry in hot oil for 2–3 minutes per side.
