Ingredients

  • flour500 g
  • milk260 ml
  • dry yeast7 g
  • egg1 pcs
  • sugar70 g
  • butter50 g
  • thick jam180 g
  • frying oil700 ml

Instructions

Make yeast dough from milk, yeast, sugar, egg, butter, and flour.

Let the dough rise for 1 hour until doubled.

Divide into balls, flatten each one, and add a spoonful of thick jam.

Seal well and shape into round doughnuts.
