Ingredients

  • chicken or chicken thighs800 g
  • carrot2 pcs
  • parsley root1 pcs
  • celery1 stalk
  • onion1 pcs
  • egg noodles150 g
  • parsley20 g
  • bay leaf2 pcs
  • black pepper1 to taste
  • broth500 ml

Instructions

Cover the chicken with cold water, slowly bring to a simmer, and skim the foam.

Add carrot, parsley root, celery, onion, bay leaf, and peppercorns.

Simmer very gently for 1.5 hours without a hard boil.

Strain the broth, shred the meat, and slice the vegetables.

Cook the noodles separately so the broth stays clear.

Serve rosol with noodles, chicken pieces, vegetables, and parsley.
