  • Milk250 ml
  • Sugar80 g
  • Farmer's cheese300 g
  • Sour cream120 g
  • Butter40 g

Instructions

Separate the eggs; beat the yolks with sugar.

Add milk, flour, and melted butter, then mix.

Mash farmer's cheese with sour cream and vanilla.

Whip the egg whites to peaks and gently fold into the batter.

Layer batter, cheese filling, and more batter in a baking dish.

Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes and serve warm.
