Ingredients
- Pitted cherries350 g
- Eggs4 pcs
- Flour120 g
- Milk200 ml
- Sugar80 g
- Starch1 tbsp
- Butter20 g
Instructions

Pit the cherries and mix them with some sugar and starch.

Beat yolks with the remaining sugar, then add milk and flour.

Whip egg whites to peaks and fold them into the batter.

Grease the dish and pour in half the batter.

Add cherries and cover with the remaining batter.

Bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes and serve with powdered sugar.
