Spice-Roasted Pork

Ingredients

  • pork (neck)1000 g
  • potato600 g
  • garlic5 cloves
  • paprika2 tsp
  • rosemary1 sprig
  • olive oil3 tbsp
  • salt1 to taste
  • black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Rub the pork neck with salt, pepper, paprika, and minced garlic.

Make small cuts in the meat and insert pieces of garlic. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Place the pork in a baking dish and arrange sliced potatoes tossed with oil around it.

Cover with foil and bake at 180°C for 60 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes until the crust is browned.

Let the meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
