Ingredients

  • flour400 g
  • egg1 pcs
  • apples500 g
  • sugar60 g
  • cinnamon1 tsp
  • starch1 tbsp
  • salt1 to taste
  • butter30 g
  • cream150 ml
  • sour cream100 g

Instructions

Peel and finely dice the apples, then mix with sugar and cinnamon.

If the apples are very juicy, add a little starch.

Knead dough from flour, egg, water, and salt; rest for 20 minutes.

Roll out the dough and cut rounds.
