Ingredients

- Warm water180 ml
- Egg1 pcs
- Cabbage600 g
- Onions2 pcs
- Oil3 tbsp
Instructions

Make an elastic dough from flour, water, egg, and salt; let it rest.

Finely shred the cabbage and stew it with onion until soft.

Season the filling with salt and pepper and let it cool.

Roll out the dough, cut rounds, and fill with cabbage.

Seal the edges tightly.

Boil for 3–4 minutes after they float; serve with fried onion.
