Ingredients

  • Flour400 g
  • Warm water200 ml
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Dry beans250 g
  • Mushrooms250 g
  • Onions2 pcs

Instructions

Soak the beans overnight and boil until tender.

Finely chop mushrooms and onion, then fry until browned.

Mash the beans and mix with mushrooms, salt, and pepper.

Knead dough from flour, water, oil, and salt.

Roll, cut rounds, fill, and seal the dumplings.

Boil in salted water for 4 minutes after they float.
