Ingredients
- Flour400 g
- Water180 ml
- Egg1 pcs
- Poppy seeds200 g
- Honey3 tbsp
- Raisins60 g
- Sugar2 tbsp
Instructions

Pour boiling water over the poppy seeds for 30 minutes, drain, and grind or blend them.

Add honey, sugar, and raisins and mix the filling.

Knead a soft dough from flour, water, egg, and salt.

Roll out the dough and cut rounds.

Fill with poppy seed mixture and seal well.

Boil for 3 minutes after they float; serve with honey or butter.
