Varenyky with Farmer's Cheese

Ingredients

  • Flour400 g
  • Egg1 pcs
  • Warm water180 ml
  • Farmer's cheese500 g
  • Egg yolk1 pcs
  • Sugar2 tbsp
  • Sour cream120 g

Instructions

Knead dough from flour, egg, salt, and warm water; rest for 20 minutes.

Mix farmer's cheese with egg yolk and sugar or salt to taste.

Roll the dough thinly and cut out rounds.

Place filling in the center and seal the edges well.

Boil in salted water for 3–4 minutes after they float.

Serve with sour cream, butter, or berries.
