Ingredients
- Flour400 g
- Egg1 pcs
- Water180 ml
- Pitted cherries500 g
- Sugar80 g
- Starch1 tbsp
- Sour cream120 g
Instructions

Pit the cherries and mix them with sugar and starch.

Knead dough from flour, egg, water, and salt.

Rest the dough for 20 minutes, then roll thinly.

Cut rounds and place cherries in the center of each.

Seal the edges tightly so the juice does not leak.

Boil for 2–3 minutes after they float; serve with sour cream or syrup.
