Ingredients

  • Flour350 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Sour cream100 g
  • Sugar50 g
  • Oil for frying500 ml
  • Powdered sugar40 g
  • Vanilla1 щіпка

Instructions

Whisk eggs with sugar, sour cream, a pinch of salt, and vanilla.

Add flour and knead into a firm dough.

Roll the dough thinly and cut into diamond shapes.

Make a slit in the center of each diamond and pull one end through it.

Fry in hot oil until golden.
